Fire Temple:

Go down to Darunia's room and there will be a big statue of a Goron. Stand at the front of it and pull it out. You will see a passage behind it. Go through it. Now you are in Death Mountain Crater. In front of you should be a bridge that has fallen down. Take out your hookshot and hook onto the post that is over the section of the bridge on the other side. As you walk across Shiek will come out and teach you the Bolero of Fire. When she is finished, from the platform that the bridge you were walking across connected to you should see a door on the other side of the platform. Inside you will find an opening going down. Go down, once at the bottom you will see the entrence for the Fire Temple.

First go to the top of the stairs and go to the room on the left. In this room you will find Darunia. He asks you to free the Gorons in the temple. Now there is a Goron cell in the back of the room. Look left and there should be a bunch of platforms. Jump across and then hit the button in front of the Goron cell. Talk to the Goron, once he leaves open up the treasure chest behind him in the cell. It contains a key. Now jump back across the platforms and go out the door you came in through. Walk to the other side of the room and unlock the door and enter. You are now in a room with a bridge and there is lava all around. To your left there is a door with a time block over it, walk along the side of the room until you get there. Once you get there go through the door and walk to the end of the tunnel. Hit the switch and release the Goron. Get the key from the treasure chest in his cell and then go out through the door again. Using platforms or whatever you choose go to the opposite side of the room. You should be on a platform that has on the wall a block the size of the door. Bomb the block. Now you should see a door behind what just opened up. Enter and inside release the Goron and get the key from the cell. Exit back out the way you entered. Now go right until you get to the door that was on the otherside of the bridge that was infront of you when you entered the room. Unlock the door and go inside. Infront of you you will see a cage on the other side of the cage there will be a blast of fire that keeps on flaring up. Now go down the wooden ramp infront of you. Now that you are on the otherside of the fence climb up it to the top. From the top you should be able to see two platforms. One with a torch and one with a block. Jump onto the side with the block and push it onto the fire that repeatedly flares up. Now jump onto the block, it will take you up to the next floor. Get off the block before it falls back down, unlock the door in this room and continue to the next room. When you walk into this room you will see a Goron cage right infron of you . . . but you can't open it yet. First go left and climb up on the ledge there. Then climb up to the next level ledge with the torch on it. Now jump over to the other side with the block and the crystal on it. First push the block down to the ground. Go down to the ground with it and pull it as far as it will go. Now get onto the block and jump over to the fenceing and climb to the top of the ledge that is higher than the crystal but not the highest. This part must be done quickly. Take your hookshot and shoot the crystal. Now turn around and climb up to the higher ledge and go to the fencing that was surounded by fire. Climb as high as you can before the fire starts up again or you will get burned. Once you climb to the top of the fencing you will see a door. Go through it to the next room. Once in this room take a right and follow along the wall you get to (still going right) until you get to the switch and the Goron. Free the Goron and get the key out of his cell. Now leave this little passage way with the Goron and then go straight across the room to the back and then once there go left until you see a passage with a door. Inside you will find a Goron cell. Free the Goron and get the key. Go through the door you entered from and go straight. You will soon come to, on the right, a part of the room that looks like a tower, it has window shapes in it and a locked door. Unlock the door and go inside. In here you will see another locked door. Go inside, in the new room you will see a small walk way that goes on to a fence ledge over the lava. Once you do this flames will shoot up behind you. Quickly run to the other side of the room where the fence platfomrs end and get onto the platforms that lead up to a door. Go through the door. You will now be ontop of all of the structures with bolders rolling around them. Right infront of you there will be one with a big crack in the middle of it. Jump over to it and bomb it. Go to the bottom and you will be in a corridor. Run to the end and press the button to free the Goron. Get the key and then go back down the corridor and climb up to the room you were in. Now from the platform you are on, you should see a platform with a switch on it. Jump over to the platform and press the switch. It will show a Goron cell opening up on the other side of the room. Jump over there and get the key out of the cell. Now jump platform to platform back to the door you entered the room from (the room with the fence platforms and the flames that follow you.) and enter through that door. Now start as if you were going back to the other side, on the way you will see a door on your right. Jump up to it and unlock the door and enter. Go through the passage and go through the door at the end. Jump toward the left and follow the wall. You will soon notice you are in a maze where fire will pick up when you get close. At the end of the maze you will see a locked door. Once you get to it unlock the door and enter. Go through the hall way and out the door. Ignore the Goron for now. You are back in another maze. This time along the wall you will find a switch. Hit the switch. You will see the big fire wall go down. Quickly navigate through the maze and onto the platform behind the firewall. On this platform you will see a door, but dont go through so fast, it is a fake. Bomb the door and then go through.

Inside you will find an enemy known as flare dancer. Destroy it by throwing a bomb at it or hookshotting the little uy inside that looks like a bomb, the bomb like guy will come out you must hit him with your sword until he explodes, he will run around the platform in the middle. He will change colors each time you hit him enough, his final color is green. Once he is gone you can jump up onto the platform where the fire was. It will take you up to the next floor. Go through the door in this room. Walk to the side where the fencing is and climb up it. From the top of the platform trigger the crystal below, the fire will lower then climb up the fencing that is now free. Once at the top go through the door. Nearby, in this room, you will find a switch on a platform that is a level above you. Climb up to it and hit it. Now quickly you must go up what looks like stairs to the big chest that the switch took teh fire away from. Inside you will find the Megaton Hammer. You can use it to hit rusty switches or break certain statues. Jump down on the side with the torch and continue jumping platform to platform until you get back to the door where you entered the room. Nearby to the door you will see a little block sticking out of the ground with a face on it that goes down a bit when you stand on it. Hit it with you hammer. It will fall, go into the hole that is now opened. You will see a statue in this room, hit it with the hammer. Behind it you will see a door. Go through the door, When you walk into the room you will see another one of the face blocks nearby to a pit. Hit the block causing the pit to become stairs downward. Behind you, you should see two crates. Pick it up and take it to the bottom of the newly formed stairs with you. Once you get to the bottom set it on top of the switch down there so you can enter into the next room. Go throught the door that unlocks. You will be in a room with a big face block. Hit the block and make it fall. You will fall back into the room with the fire mazes. Where you landed you will see a HUGE face block. Hit it with the hammer and make it fall into the room where Darunia was. But don't jump down to that room just yet. Go on to the ledge behind you with the rusty switch on it. Hit the switch with your hammer and go through the door that opens. Across from you in the room you will see a time block. Play the Song of Time and jump over to the switch that is now not hidden. Hit it with your hammer and get the key out of the cell of the Goron that is now freed. Now climb back up and leave through the door you entered into the room from and then jump into the hole that takes you back to the room where Darunia was. Facing one way you will see a door locked that unlocks with the boss key behind you, you will see another door. Go through that door. You will be back in the first room of the dungeon. Go down the stairs and to the left. You will see a statue there. Using you hammer get rid of it and unlock the door behind it. Kill all of the enemies in the room you are in now and go through the door that unlocks. Go through the door in this room, watch out for the flying tile. Beat the Flare Dancer in this room same as before and then go through the door that unlocks. Use your hammer on the rusty button and then get the boss key out of the big treasure chest. Go through the door at the end of the corridor behind the big chest. You are back in the first room of the temple again. Go up the stairs and to the door on the left. Jump across the platforms to the room that is locked with the boss lock. Go through it and you are now ready to fight Volvagia!

Jump onto the island with all of the lava holes on it. The Volvagia will make its appearence and then dive into one of the holes. To defeat it when it pops its head out of a hole hit it with your hammer and then attack it with your sword. After you do this it will go up and either chase you breathing fire or it will drop rocks on you. After that it will repeat and stick its head out of the hole again so you can hit it. Once you beat him get the container and go in the warp. Darunia will talk to you and eventually give you the Medallion of Fire. When you are done you will be taken Death Mountain Crater.

Increased Magic Meter: go back across the bridge toward where you entered from Darunia's Room. To the left of the enterence you will notice a bridge. Go across and on the other side you will notice 2 boulders infront of a door. Smash them with the hammer and go inside. You will be in a Great Fariy Fountain, play her Zelda's Lullaby and she will give youan increased magic meter.

Ice Cavern:

The Ice Cavern is located in Zora's Fountain as an adult. Go up to the platform where Jabu-Jabu was and just across the ice to your left you will see a big tunnel. Go in there that is the entrance to the cavern.

Walk through the hall you start in, watch out for falling icicles. You will come out in an open room with 4 Frezzards and a moving spike. Kill the frezzards to open the barred door. Be careful their breath will freeze you so you cannot move. Go through the door you just opened and head down the passage way to the next room. In here get the 5 silver rupees while avoiding the spinning blade. When all 5 are collected a door will open and you can move on. Go down the hall, watch out for the freezards, spikes and icicles. The next room is full of frezzards, moving spikes and freezing bats. Freezing bats, in my opinion, are worse that the fire bats because they will freeze you solid if hit. Head up the path in front of you going up. When you get to the blue fire, take out an empty bottle or more (more is better because it will save you time going back and forth later) and fill them up with blue fire. Now continue following the path up to the top. There you will see a big chest in a red sort of barrier. Empty a bottle of blue flame next to it. The barrier will disappear making it so you can open the chest! You found the map. Fill the bottle you just emptied up and leave the room back to where the spinning blade is and stop on the ledge you are on when you come out of the hallway. Jump down to the right, there you will see a red patch of ice, use your blue flame on it. It will open up a new passageway. Go threw it and when you come out you will see another room with silver rupees. Push the platform around the floor to collect them all to open the door to continue. Push the platform to it to get up. There is also a blue fire in this room so you can fill up. Go through the hall way, use blue flame to melt the barrier in front of you and go through the door to get to the boss of the ice cavern, Which is just a white wolfos. Just beat him like a normal wolfos and you will get the Iron Boots. They make it so that you will sink in water, you cant move very fast either, Sheik will appear now and she will teach you the Serenade of Water, which will warp you to Lake Hylia. Don't play it yet though . . . Make sure you still have one bottle of blue flame, Now behind the chest where you found the boots you will see a hole filled with water. Put on the iron boots and go inside. Open the door and then walk out of the water. You are in the first room you came to when you entered the cavern. Jump down and take the door on your right to return back to Zora's Fountain.

Now go back into Zora's Domain from the fountain, use the blue flame on the King. Now speak to him, he will give you the blue tunic which makes it so you can breathe underwater! Now you are ready for the Water Temple!

Water Temple:

Play the Serenade of Water and warp to Lake Hylia. Walk straight off of the platform you are on to a small part of water in the lake bed. Put on your iron boots and blue tunic. If you are not already walk to the part underwater with the ground that looks like tile and where there is a hole in a wall with a grate on it in front of you. Take out your hookshot (the only weapon you can use underwater) and aim for a little diamond shaped thing over the door. Once you hit it, it will come out and the grate blocking your entrance will open. Now go inside.

Take off the boots and climb up and walk into the water, Now put them back on and sink to the bottom floor. Now go to the door with the two torches on the outside of it and go inside. There you will find Princess Ruto. She will talk for a bit and then go up a hole in the ceiling stand where she was and take off your boots. Go up until you can get out of the water. There on the wall you will see a Triforce emblem, like any other time go in front of it and play Zelda's Lullaby. Whenever you see this, this will change the water level in the temple. This one lowers the water to the lowest level.

Go out the door in the room and kill all of the enemies in the room to make a large chest appear. Open it to get the map. Now go back to the other room and jump down the hole you came up in, Now in this room you will see a lit torch and 2 unlit ones use your bow or dins fire to light the unlit torches. Go in the door that is now unlocked and use your hookshot to kill the 3 shell blades. For your work you will get a key. Now go back out to the open part of the bottom floor, where you first sunk to with the boots when the water was still raised. Walk around the room where the tile is until you find a block with a platform next to it. Get on the platform and push the block. When it falls go into the tunnel it opens up. Go to the end of it and then go up. In this room you will see a pit and a crystal. Hit the crystal and water will come up. Now jump on to the water jet that comes up to the other side. Go through the door and you will see a spinning pool of water with a dragon statue thing with a crystal in its mouth underneath. Jump down to the right wall over what looks like its tail and put on your boots so you land right on the tail. Hookshot the crystal, that opens up a gate in the passage way on the right. Quickly shoot over to the bullseye on the right and there walk through to where the gate opened up and watch out for the clams. Now that you are through take off your boots and get out of the water. Get the key you find and then leave back to the room with the tower. Go to the left and in the tower in the middle you will see a locked door. Go inside it. Walk to the end of the room and face back toward the door. Now use the hookshot and look up. Hookshot to the bullseye nearest to you and on the right. There you will find another level changer. This one changes to the middle level.

Now a block will raise up with the water on your left put on the iron boots and sink into the passage underneath. You be in a tunnel. Go to the end and then you will be in a bigger room with a crystal. Hit the crystal to release monsters. Now go in the hole on the other side of the room, not by the crystal. Get out of the water to find a small key. Now go back out to the room where the water level changer was and float to the top of the water. Go out the door you see there. Follow the ledge you are on to the right. On the next side of the tower you will see a hall across from it with a bullseye. Hookshot over to it and follow it to some spikes. Hookshot to the bullseye you see. Now look up on the ledge facing the spikes you just hookshot over. Look up with the hookshot and use it on the bullseye farthest away from you. You will see a big chest surrounded in water. Walk over in front of it and then shoot the crystal to lower the water. Open the chest quickly before it comes back on. Now you have the compass! Now go back out of the room with the moving water and the tower in the middle. Now drop back down to the bottom floor using your boots and go to the room where you found Princess Ruto. Float up like you were going to change the water level, but since the water level is halfway you will only go to the floor halfway up. You will see a wall with a big crack in it. Bomb it and go inside. Now you found another small key. Now go back out to the room with the tower in the middle and float back up and get on the tower. Walk around it till you see a locked door on the rock wall across from it. Go inside the room and walk close to the water. Stand there until an enemy falls from above kill it and then stand on the water and press the crystal to go to the upper level. Go out the door you see and then look on the right wall. There you will see the final water level changer. This changes it to the highest level.

Now raise the water level. Jump across to the tower, Now go the tunnel, not the entrance you entered the water temple from, but the other. Go to the end of the passage and drop down. There you will see a block. Pull it out then return back to the room with the tower in it. Now get back onto the tower. Walk around until you see the locked door. Go to it, unlock it and enter. Now you are in a room with moving platforms that go over a water fall. Get to the door on the other side by hookshoting to the bullseyes on each one by one. Unlock the door and now you are in a room with a bunch of statue that go up and down with bullseyes on them. I recommend casting Faeore' Wind here. This is one of the hardest enemies in the game if you don’t do it right. Now go from bullseye to bullseye across the room they will go up and down by hitting the crystal in the middle of the room. Now when you get to the door to the next room go inside. You will be in a room with water a small building on the other side and a tree in the middle. Walk all of the way over to the building. Now from there look back at the tree. You will see something there. It is none other than Shadow Link. The easiest way I have found is by using Deku Nuts. They will stun him so you can hit him. Otherwise he will mirror everything you do. It is possible to beat him with using only your sword just not recommended. You could also use the hammer. But the deku nuts are the easiest way. Now walk back to the tree and he will come out of hiding. Then throw the deku nuts at him to stun him and hit him with your sword. Sometimes, they may not work if you do not get it in the first couple tries go to the hammer. Now once he is beaten go to the door which is now unlocked. Inside you will find a big chest. It contains the long shot. It fires much farther than the hookshot! Behind the chests you will find a door of time block. Play the song of time and go down the hole that opens.

You are now in a room with a stream and this stream has vortexes, don’t go in them or you will lose a heart. Avoid the vertexes and you eventually get to a ledge that has a yellow eye on the wall across from it. Shoot the eye and then hookshot into the passage that is now opened by targeting the chest. Open the chest and get the key. Now continue and you will be in a room you should already know. Now make your way back to the room with the tower in it. Now you got to lower the water to the middle level. By first lowering it to the lowest and then to the middle. Now when you come out the door walk to the opposite side of the tower where there is the eye and the gate. Hit the eye and the hookshot over before the gate shuts. Walk down the passage, you will find the block that you pulled out earlier. Push the block as far as it will go. And then get the key out of the chest. Now go back to the tower room and sink to the bottom floor, Go to the door to the right of the room where you found Ruto. You will drop down into a passage. Go threw it until the end and them come up. Use the long shot and go to the other side and unlock the door. Go into the next room. Get to the other side without going into a vortex or getting hit by a rock and then continue to the next room. This room has a bunch of annoying stingers. Kill them then bomb the walls where the 2 cracks are. Go in on the side that does not have the 2 pots at the end of its platform and push the block. Keep pushing it until it goes into the water. There it will sit on a switch which will raise the water in the room. Now climb up the stairs and go threw the door. In front of you, you will see a switch. Step on it to raise 3 spurts of water jump from one to another to the other side and go through the door. You are now in a room with a stream head to the passage under the waterfall. Follow it to where it goes above water. There you will find a locked door. Go through it to find a chest with the Boss Key in it. Now leave the room and go back into the passage. When you come out just go to the room the stream leads into. Now go back to the room with the tower in the center. Raise the water to the highest level. Now get on the tower and go to the side with the dragon that popped up with the bullseye on it. Shoot over there and go through the door. In this room get to the top of the hill but if you get hit you will slide back down so be careful. Then you are ready to fight the boss, Morpha

Jump to the middle platform for him to emerge. Now jump back over to the edge. To defeat him all you have to do is use the long shot to hit his "heart" and bring it to where you can hit it with your sword. Continue hitting it until he dies. But be careful if he picks you up he will throw you across the room.

Once defeated the water will drain and the warp and the heart container will appear. Get the container and then take the warp to leave. You'll be taken to the chamber of the sages. You'll talk to Ruto for a bit and you will then be taken back to Lake Hylia.

Now that you are at Lake Hylia and it is not empty anymore it would be a good time to get the fire arrows. After you get the arrows go over to the shore with the scarecrow that you talked to earlier and play the song for him you played when you were younger. Now you can use the Scarecrow's Song to summon a scarecrow to hook on to.

Fire Arrows: On the island on Lake Hylia where you warp to by using the serenade of water. Walk over behind the tree and you will see a plaque on the ground. Step on it and when the sun is rising you should be able to see it line up between the two posts on an island just a couple feet away from the island. Take out your bow and shoot the sun while it is still red and the fire arrows will fall down to the small island.

With the Water Temple beaten go to Kakariko Village. There you will see that it is in ruin. A scence will happen showing you and shiek being attacked by the monster from the well. You will get knocked out by the monster, when you wake up Shiek will teack you the Nocturne of Shadow. You can use that to warp to the Shadow Temple.

But first you need to get the Lens of Truth. Go to the windmill and z-target the windmill man don't speak to him but pull out your ocarina. He will teach you the Song of Storms. Now you need to the Temple of Time and become a child and then go back to Kakariko.

Shadow Temple:

Play the Nocturne of Shadow to go to the entrence of the Shadow Temple. Walk down the stairs behind you. You will be in a room with a pedestal surrounded by torches. Get on the pedestal and use Din's Fire. The torches will all light and the door to the shadow temple will open. Now enter the temple.

Now walk to the wall infront of you. Turn right, you will see a bullseye. Hookshot to it and walkthrough the wall with the face on it. You will be in a room with a statue and a bunch of the face walls. Using the lens of truth find the face wall that is not real and go through it. On the other side of it you will see a door. Go through it. Inside you will be in a corridor, at the end is another fake wall, walk through it. Turn right. Using the lens of truth you will see a section of the wall that is fake. Walk through it and you will see a door behind it. Inside destory the zombies and the bats and a big chest will appear. It contains the map. Now go back out the door and into the corridor where you found this fake wall. Standing right infront of the fake wall look right, there you should find another fake wall. Go through it and you will find yourself in a corridor with a fake wall at the end. Go through it and walk to the other side of the room on the right side. You should find a fake wall here. Go through it and enter the door you find. You will be in a room with a Dead Hand, one of the monsters that you saw in the Bottom of the Well. Defeat him and a big chest will appear. Inside you will find the Hover Boots. They make it so that you can hover for a short period of time, the bad side is that it has no traction. Now go back through the corridors to the room with the statue and all of the face walls.

Now back in this room. Use the lens of truth, find the skull on the post around the statue that doesn't disappear. Now push the bird statue to face that direction. A gate will raise on the other side of a pit. Now put on your Hover Boots (Note: each time I tell you to use them i reconmend taking them off immediately because they really they have such bad traction) and then run across the pit and into the mouth of the figure on the wall. Inside walk down to the bottom of the corridor. There you will see a beamos. Go to the door on the left. It is behind and invisable wall. Inside you will be in a room with silver rupees and a silver blade. Collect all of the silver rupees and then you will see a cage open. Get the key from inside and then return to the room with the beamos. Straight across from you, you will see another invisable wall. Go through it and the door on the other side. There are two mummys in here, kill them both to get the compass. Return to the room with the beamos. Go the the wall that does not disappear when looking at it with the lens. Bomb it. Unlock the door behind it and go through. Walk through the corridor carefully, there are skullatas in here that come from the cieling and sharp things that come from the cieling. Eventually you will come to a large room with lots of blades falling in front of you. Jump through all of the blades until you get to a platform with a Stalfros on it. Take care of the stalfros, its much easier to do without him. Now to a side of the platform you will see a platform that raises and falls put on your hover boots and when it falls run over to it. When it raises to the top continue, with the boots on, on to the side with the beamos and the silver rupees. Collect all of the silver rupees, there is one under the beamos so don't forget to get it, then go through the door that opens. Go down the corridor and you will come to a room with spikes that rise and fall. Turn on your lens of truth to see a block hidden in the wall on the right side. Pull out the block to ontop of the face and then push it with you so you can walk to the end and not get smooshed. When you get to the end climb on top of it and jump to the side with the cage on it. You will find a switch. Push it and a treasure chest should fall on the opposite side near where you found the block. Hookshot over to it and open it for a key. Now exit back out to the room with the beamos and the silver rupees. Now still on this section walk near where the rising and falling platform is. You will see a little pathway to a section with a blade on it. Go over there. Using your lens of truth you will see that there are invisable islands behind the blade. Use the lens of truth to go platform to platform till you get to the locked door. Open it and go through. You are in a room with silver rupees. Use the lens of truth to get the rupees because there are hidden bullseyes and spikes. Once you get them all a door will open. Go through the door that opens. In this room there is a giant skull. Climb up to the platform behind the skull and through a bomb into it. Near where the skull was you will find a key laying on the ground. Pick it up. And kill all of the monsters in the room. Then the door will unlock so you can go back through. Back in the room with the silver rupees you will see a door that is locked up high. Use the lens of truth to see the bullseye over the door and go inside.

You will be in a corridor with fans, these fans use the iron boots through the corridor so you will be unnafected by the fans. When you get to the pit in the corridor use the hookshot on the post on the cieling over the other side. Once you get over that you will be in a room with fans on either side of you and pits also. Keep your iron boots on and when you get infront of the very last fan before the door put your hover boots on. Let it blow you through the invisable wall, you will find a door there. Go through it. Inside on your right you will find something that kidna of looks like red hay. Blow it up with a bomb, using your lens of truth you will be able to see a treasure chest underneath. Open it up for a key and then go to the other side of the room and unlock the door. In the next room to your left you will see a block. Push it until it is ontop of the face painting on the ground to the right of the door. It will fall down, now climb up on the block and then on to the ladder over it. Once you are at the top, jump on to the ship and play Zelda's Lullaby. The ship will set sail. On the trip you will be attacked by stalfros defeat him, soon though Navi will tell you the ship is sinking, quickly jump off to the side with the platform. You should see a door on the end. Go through it and inside you will be in sort of your maze that you can only see by using the lens of truth. Using the map and the compass in the corner of the screen, first go to the door to the north. Inside use Din's Fire to get rid of the walls closing in. You will see the large chest that holds the boss key. Get it and then go back out into the maze. Now go to the southern exit. Inside you will see an invisable floormaster, destroy him and then a chest will appear containg a key get it and then go back to the room that you came from where the boat sank, the eastern exit. Walk down toward the other end. On the other side of the water you will see a statue surrounded by bomb flowers. Shoot a fire arrow into them to make the statue fall and become a bridge. Unlock and go through the door on this side. Inside you will see the boss door on the opposite side. Simply use the lens of truth and the hover boots and run platform to platform until you reach the other side. Now you are at the boss of the Temple Bongo Bongo

Once you enter the boss room jump down the hole infront of you. You will find yourself on a drum. To beat bongo bongo stun his two hands with your hookshot, once you do this his eye will open, you need to use the lens to see it. Hookshot the eye and it's body will fall to the drum. Then slice the eye with the sword as many times as you can. Repeat the pattern til its defeated. Then get the heart container and go into the warp. There you will meet Impa the Sage of Shadow, she will give you the medallion. Now it is time to head for the final medallion. Now go to Gerudo Valley, get across the broken bridge by either jumping with Epona or using the longshot. Continue on to the Gerudo Fortress.

Gerudo Fortress:

Continue on the path you are on straight. It will curve to a point where you will see a door in front of you in rock type structure. Walk into that.

NOTE: If you are caught you will be thrown into a cell with only one window. Hookshot on to the wooden flap over the window and you can jump out near the first door you need to enter.

Walk into the first room, you will find the first of four carpenters you need to save. He will talk to you. Go over and talk to him. He will ask you to save him. When he is finished talking a Gerudo guard will be right behind you. Beat her and she will leave you a key. Free the carpenter Ichiro and then leave the cell and head left. Head out the door. You will be back outside and you will see a door on your left. Go in that door. You will be in a hallway that a guard patrols at the end of the hallway. Walk out into the hall and the door you come to on the right take it to back outside. You will be on a ledge, walk straight away from the door and on the left you will see a guard patrolling a higher ledge. Shoot her down and enter the door on that ledge. You are now in another room with the carpenter, Jiro. Talk to the carpenter and then beat the guard. Leave the cell and take a right. Follow the passage to outside. You will now be on another ledge. Take the door on the right on the same ledge. You are now in a room with patrolling Gerudo guards. Shoot them down with arrows and then go to the door on the other side of the room. This will take you back outside. To your right there is a door on the ledge below you jump down to this door. You are in a corridor that a guard patrols. Wait for her to get near and shoot her with an arrow. Now walk out into the corridor and take the door on the left side. Walk into the room you will see another carpenter cell. Beat the guard and free Sabooro. Now go back outside the same way you came in. Walk to the right and go down to the next lower ledge. Take the door on the right wall you see. Go down the corridor until you get to the last carpenter, Shiro. Free him like all of the others. But this time after he leaves you will meet the Gerudo in charge of the fortress. She will give you a Gerudo's Membership Card. You now have access to the training grounds and you can get into the desert!

You can get Ice Arrows from the Gerudo Training Ground and you can get a Bigger Arrow Quiver by beating Archery Range with a score of 1500 or more!

Now its time to head to the Spirit Temple! Head down to the large gate near where you entered Gerudo Fortress. You will see a ladder on the side of it. Climb up it and at the top talk to the guard he will open the gate for you. Now climb back down and go through the newly opened gate.

Haunted Wasteland:

First you will see a river of sand. Go up and stand on the crate in front of the river now longshot to the other side by latching onto one of the crates. That is the first part. Now take out the Lens of Truth, you will see posts in front of you, using the Lens of Truth follow going to each one in order. You cannot skip one or you will have to start over again. Soon you will come across a building with a poe on top. Go up and talk to the poe, you need to use the Lens of Truth to see him. Follow him and he will take you to where the Spirit Temple is.

Spirit Temple: Go straight ahead until you see the Spirit Temple. Enter and then go up the stairs and to the left look at the little hole that only young Link can enter and then leave back out the entrance you will find Shiek there. She will teach you the Requiem of Spirit so you can enter as a child. Now warp back to the Temple of Time change your self into a child and then warp back again.

Now that you are back at the colossus as a child you can get Nayru's Love.

Nayru's Love: Walk along the outside wall of the colossus until you get to a point where there is a crack on the wall will 2 palm trees on either side of the crack. Place a bomb next to the crack and enter the Great Fairy's Fountain. Play Zelda's Lullaby and she will come up and give you the spell.

Now head back to the Spirit Temple and enter it. Go up the stairs and to the left there you will find Nabooru. She will ask you what you are doing, say nothing then she will ask you to get the Silver Gauntlets for her agree and then enter the hole she was standing next to, to continue.

Now you are in a room with a bunch of moving spikes, an armos and some bats. Destroy the armos and the bats to unlocked the 2 barred doors. First go in the door on the left. Defeat the stalfros and then walkover to the ledge and trigger the crystal to make the cage bridge come down. Walk across and go through the door to the next room. You will see an Anubis in this room its weakness is fire. To your right when you enter the room you will see a crystal that will activate fire. You can either lure him to the fire or use Din's Fire on him. When he's dead the barred door will open so you can go on through to the next room. Get the 5 silver rupees in here to make the bridge fall. Then light a deku stick go to the other side and light the torches to make a treasure chest fall. It has a key. Now go back out the door on the side of the torches you just lit. Now walk down the stairs and to your right you will see a crawl hole. Crawl through it and then unlock the door. Go inside and then crawl up the wall. In this rook kill all of the enemies. Then launch a bombchu up at the crack in the wall. It will activate the sun in the middle of the room. Now you can go to the next room. Push the statue over the edge. It will hit a button that will unlock the door at the top of the stairs. Go through the door. Walk to the top of the stairs in this room and then enter into the next room. Collect the 5 rupees. Now the torch is lit. Take a deku stick and light all of the other torches. A treasure chest will fall. Open it for a key. Now go back over to the other side of the room. You will find some pushable blocks, get the block with the sun on it and drag it into the light. This will open the door. Climb to the top of the stairs in the next room and unlock the door. Now you are at the boss of the Spirit Temple as a child, Iron Knuckles. Use Nayru's Love so you wont take damage from his heavy attacks. Hit him with your sword until he dies. Then go out the door that is now unlocked and you will see the owl and the treasure chest. Once he is done talking open the treasure chest and you have the Silver Gauntlets. You can now pick up and push heavy things. You will now see Nabooru being taken away by the witches. Now return to the Temple of Time become older and come back to the colossus as an adult.

Enter the temple and go up the stairs and to the right. You will see an extremely large block inside the arch of the door way. Now that you have the Silver Gauntlets you can push it. Go up to it and push it until it falls. In this room you will see a moving spike and an enemy and a crystal on the ceiling. Trigger the crystal and go into the door on the left. There will be a wolfos in this room. Defeat him and then go on the triforce symbol and play Zelda's Lullaby. A large treasure chest will fall. Go over to it and open it. It contains the compass! Leave this room. Now go to the room that was on the right. Collect the 5 silver rupees while avoiding the rolling boulders. The rupee that is in mid air you can get by jumping at it and doing an attack or you can go to the back of the room and use the long shot on the front to get it. The barred door will open up. You will be in a room with the key and a like-like. Get the key and then go back to the room before the room with the silver rupees. Unlock the door here and continue on. In this room watch out because as you move toward the back wall a Like-Like will fall from the ceiling. Now get to the back of the room and then climb up to the top on the place with the brick looking things for climbing. This room there will be a snake mirror and a bunch of suns on the walls. First take out the lens of truth and kill the invisible hand. Then push the snake mirror to light up the third sun from the left. Treasure Chests will fall from the first sun and the second sun. The first treasure chest is a heart and the second is an ice trap. If you light up the forth sun an hand will fall from the ceiling. Now that the door is open continue to the next room. Climb to the top of the stairs at the top you will be able to see the hand of the large statue which has a Triforce symbol on it. Jump onto it and play Zelda's Lullaby. A treasure chest will fall. Hookshot over to it and open it. It contains a key! Now jump down to in front of the statue. There you will see a platform with to torches on either side. Light them both and a large treasure chest will appear. This chest contains the map. Walk over to the side of the room where you jumped on to the hand with the Triforce symbol. Find the door that you entered the room from and look over it on the bottom of the platform above you will see a bullseye. Hookshot onto it and then go to the top of the stairs. Unlock the door and go inside. Go to the top of the stairs and enter the next room. Here you will see a few of the fire weak monsters that you met as a child in the temple. Take out one of your fire arrows and shoot them down or you can use the switch to activate the fire on the other side of the room. Then kill the Beamos and you can enter into the next room. This room contains four armos in a square and a switch in the middle of them. To get to the other room stand next to the door and then shoot the one farthest away from you on the other side of the switch. He will hit the switch. Quickly open the door and enter before it shuts. If you mess up leave him alone and he will go back to his original position. You will be in a room with stairs leading up to a door. Go to the top and enter to the next room to fight another iron knuckle. I recommend fighting him the same way as before, using Nayru’s Love to protect you (he takes of 4 hearts a hit without it). Once you beat him go through the door that unlocks and you will be on a path that takes you outside.. Once outside you will see a large chest fall. Open it up it contains the Mirror Shield! The mirror shield makes it so you can reflect light OR with certain enemies (the bosses of this temple) reflect magic. Equip it and then go back to the room where the 4 Armos and the switch were. Now instead of fighting the armos this time go to the back of the room. There you will see a beam of light and a sun on the wall. Using your shield stand in the light and reflect the light onto the sun to open the caged door. Go inside and on a pedestal you will see a chest. Open it up for a key. Now go back into the last room and then take the door on the right side of the room. Here, across the room you will see a locked door. Unlock it and then enter. Here you will see a wall of moving climbing material and two beamos. Kill the beamos, and then the easiest way I have found to do this is hookshot as high as you can so getting to the top is easier. Once at the top go to the next room. Once in the next room you will see a flight of stairs in front of you. Climb to the top and right at the top you will see the Triforce symbol in front of the door. Play Zelda’s Lullaby and go in the now opened door. In here, first kill all of the torch slugs then , bomb the door on the left side of the large treasure chest when facing it. You will see an eye, shoot it with one of your arrows and another block of ice will appear above. Now hookshot to the bullseye above the newly appear block and jump over the other block and trigger the switch. Jump down and open the large chest containing the boss key. Now leave the room through the same door you entered and go up the next flight of stairs and go through the next door. In this room you will be standing on a ledge, to your right you will see a large mirror pointing down. To your left you will see a crystal behind a cage. Trigger the crystal, with either a spin or you can just hit it with your sword it is so close, and go through the door that opens. Once you enter a lizard warrior will come down defeat him and then go into the room where you see the snake mirror. If you walk around the room once you will notice a wall that bulges more than the others. Bomb it and you will find the entrance to the next room. Now push the snake mirror in the room you are in, not the one you just opened up, shines on the mirror in the other room. Now go into the room you just opened up. Beat another lizard warrior and then push the snake mirror so that it shines on the big mirror that I pointed out and you saw before. Now go back through the rooms to the room where the big mirror is. Jump down and stand in the light of the big mirror. Shine the light on the sun on the wall. The platform you are standing on will now drop into the next room. Now, while still standing in the light reflect light onto the face of the large statue in the room. Hold it there until it completely breaks apart. Where the face was you will now see a grate. Take out the longshot and use it to grapple onto the grate. It will open up and you will see the door to the boss’ lair.

Inside you will see the two sister witches Koume and Kotake. They will talk for a bit and then you will have to fight, yet again, another Iron Knuckle. Defeat him err her again ( I still recommend using Nayru’s Love) and you will see that this time it is Nabooru. The witches will reappear and notice that you broke the spell, the will take control of her again and then disappear. Now go through the door behind where Nabooru (the iron knuckle) was sitting when you entered. Go to the end of the hall way and go through the next door. Now you will see a big structure in front of you. Climb to the top of it. Once at the top walk to the middle. The two sisters will yet again reappear this time trying to sacrifice you to Ganondorf. What will happen is one witch will fire on you with either flame or ice. What you must do is use the Mirror Shield to reflect the beam of the shield (similar to with beams of light earlier in the level) and make the beam of ice hit the fire sister and the beam of fire hit the ice sister. After doing that for a bit they will merge into one, they will still shoot beams of ice and fire but this time when they hit your shield they will be absorbed. Once you get three of the same absorbed you will be able to fire it back at the sisters. If you get an ice and then a fire though it will be canceled out and you have to start over absorbing again. The sisters will fall after being hit with there powers. Either jump or hookshot to where they are and attack them with your sword.

Once defeated you will see a scene of the sisters going up to heaven. Now retrieve the heart container and enter the warp!

You finally collected the last Medallion, now warp back to the Temple of Time for a meeting with Sheik. He will reveal herself as Princess Zelda. She will tell you what happened that day seven years ago and then she will give you the Light Arrows You use them to destroy Ganondorf. Soon after the Temple of Time will start to shake and the Princess will be taken to the castle by Ganondorf. Now leave the Temple and go to Ganon's Castle, where Zelda's Castle used to be. The sages will create a bridge for you so you can go inside.

Ganon's Castle:

You should have: at least 1 fairy and 1 magic refil potion for the battle with Ganondorf Go down the hall and through the door at the end.

Spirit Barrier (Orange) :

First room on the right from the entrence to the room with the barriers. Inside the first room collect all of the silver rupees. Go through the door that opens. If you trigger the crystal closest to the cage wall you will get a treasure chest to fall with Bombchus inside. Now use bombchus to trigger the far crystal by sending it over the cage wall through the hole at the top. Go through the door that opens. Go through the crystal room into the room with the sun. Take a fire arrow and shoot the white hole in the cieling. Light will now come into the room. Take the mirror shield and trigger the sun on right side of the door. Now go through the now unlocked door and shoot a light arrow into the the ball that is held by beams in the middle of the room. You broke the spirit barrior.

Forest Barrier (Green) :

First door on the left from the entrence to the room with the barriers. First defeat the wolfos then use Din's Fire to light the torches in the middle of the room and then send a fire arrow up to light the torch above the door. Now head into the next room. In here switch between your hover boots and iron boots to get all of the silver rupees. The switch in the room makes a bullseye targe appear under a higher rupee you can't reach. Once completed go into the door that opens and shoot the light arrow into the ball to make the forest barrier dispell.

Water Barrier (Blue) :

To the right of the forest barrier. Inside you will see something similar to the ice cavern. Get a bottle full of blue flame to melt the red ice. Destroy all of the frezzards to unlock the door behind it. Make sure to refil the bottle of blue flame for the next room. Inside a timer will start up. Push the blocks so that you can get up to where the red ice is. You need to push the one closest to the locked door into the hole in the middle of the room. Then you can push the other block over it. Once you melt the red ice you will find a rusted switch underneatj. Hit it with you hammer and then go through the now unlocked door. Shoot the ball with the light arrows and the barrier is dispelled.

Shadow Barrier (Purple) :

To the right of the water barrier. Inside to your right you will see a torch. Hit it with a fire arrow to make the floor appear. Run across the platforms to the area with the like-like. Destroy him and then shoot another arrow back to the torch since time should have run out. Continue to the next platform. On the right side of it you should see more little ice blocks going down to a switch. Go down and hit it, it will make a large chest appear. Then use the hookshot to get up to the chest. Inside you will find the Golden Gauntlets. Makes it so you can lift heavy heavy stuff. Now using the lens of truth you should see a small bridge on one of the sides of the platfrom leading off to a switch. Hit it with the hammer to open the door. Once you do go back to the platform and follow the bridge up to the door. Inside use the light arrows to dispell the barrier.

Fire Barrier (Red) :

To the right of the shadow barrier. Collect the silver rupees in here. There is a big black rock thing on the left side in the room. You must throw it to get some rupees. Once you do that go through the door and shoot the ball with the light arrows.

Light Barrier (Yellow) :

To the right of the fire barrier. Move the block in your way using the golden gauntlets. Inside defeat all of the inviable enemies using the lens of truth. Get the key out of the chest that appears then go through the locked door. In the next room stand on the picture of the Triforce and play Zelda's Lullaby. A chest will fall containing another key. Get it and go to the next room. In this room you have 1 minute to collect all of the rupees. Collect them all while avoiding the boulders and go into the next room. Here use the lens of truth to find an hidden door. Go through it and there will be the ball that you need to shoot with the arrow.

Damage Reduction : Go to where you found the Great Fairy earlier around the castle when you were young. Using the Golden Gauntlets move the blockage to the entrence and go inside. Play the Lullaby and she will give you the reduction.

Now all of the barriers are dispelled so you can go into the center portion of the tower. Inside the first room you will be in a room with stairs and flaming bats. Avoid the bats and run up the stairs into the next room. In the next room defeat the dinolfos then go through the door that is unlocked. Now you will be in a room with stairs. Go to the top and into the room there, inside you will find 2 stalfros and a chest surrounded by fire. Defeat them both to remove the flames. In the chest you will find the boss key. Leave the room through the door that is unlocked and go up the stairs in the room. At the top go through the door. Inside you will find 2 iron knuckle. Defeat them both and then go through the door that unlocks. Go to the top of the stairs and unlock the door with the boss key. In the next room go to the only unlocked door, but not the one you just came through. The go to the top of the stairs. There you will find Ganondorf playing on the organ. After he asks you for the piece of Triforce back the battle begins.

Ganondorf: He will shoot magic balls at you, using your sword (or a bottle, it works try it) volley the balls back and forth until Ganondorf is hit. He will be stunned in air, quickly shoot him with a light arrow. He will fall to the ground hookshot over to where he is and then hit him with your sword. Jump back to the side and repeat the sequence. Sometimes he will make a big black ball over his head. If he does this shoot him with an arrow and then hookshot over and hit him with the sword. Eventually he will fall to the ground, defeated, or so you think.

Escape from the Tower: Zelda will tell you the tower is going to collapse. Follow her, she will unlock any locked door on the way down. At one point she will be surrounded by fire. Defeat the Stalfos and she will be released. Once you are outside a scene will be shown of the tower collapsing.

Ganon: After the tower collapses you and Zelda will be standing at the bottom. From behind some debris you will hear a noise. Go over to it. Ganon will appear and he will take on another form. He will knock your Master Sword away. Now use either the Megaton Hammer or Biggeron's Sword. Target his tail that is what you attack with each. You can use light arrows to stun him if you target his head. Eventually, the fire will go down and you can get the Master Sword. It will automatically equip it. Continue using it and attack the tail. Soon Zelda will shoot at him and tell you to deliver the final blow. Do it and you’ve beaten the game.
